What this site collects, how it is used, and where it lives — described honestly for the site as it works today.
EFFECTIVE JULY 3, 2026
What this site collects
The case-review form collects the information you type into it: your contact details and your descriptions of the accident, injuries, treatment, insurance, and evidence. You choose what to share, and “not sure” is always an acceptable answer.
The site also records basic usage events (such as which call-to-action was clicked and which page it was on). In the current prototype, these analytics events are buffered locally rather than sent to a third-party analytics service.
How the information is used
Information you submit is used to prepare your case review and to arrange attorney follow-up by video call. Usage events are used to understand how the site is working and to improve it. Your information is not sold.
Storage on your device
While you work through the case-review form, your draft answers are stored in sessionStorage on your own device so your progress is not lost between steps. That draft stays on your device and is cleared by your browser when the session ends; nothing is sent until you review your summary and choose to submit it.
Future integrations
Before any live third-party integration is activated — such as analytics platforms, call tracking, or a customer relationship management (CRM) system — this policy will be updated to disclose it, including what the integration receives and why.
